All aircraft entering the circuit (1,600’ AGL), or vehicles utilising our land facilities, will be recognised as an ‘approach’ or ‘use’ requiring a Prior Permission Usage Contract to be in place.
We do not allow AD HOC arrivals so casual landing fees and arrangements are not available. Please do not ask unless you intend to enter into a long term user contract.
In an emergency, please call 0417356948 ASAP, else our indicative license fee of $45,760 ($880 pw GST incl.) will apply for a one-year contract. Note, an emergency report to Air Services and Police will be initiated.
This annual licencing subscription structure is intended to alleviate administration, improve risk management and to preference bona fide long-term users to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment for government and private sector users currently using the site.
